Latest news

Hello World! A lot of things happening right now in my life, im very excited, about everything, let´s see:

1. FINISH MY UNIVERSITY STUDIES!! Aehhhhhhhh!! Finally after 4 and half years I finished 51
courses, to get my degree: International Relations: International Organizations and Foreign Trade. I am very happy because I know that all the things coming after my Universtity will give a lot of happiness by the professional side, meet people, achieve a lot of goals. No boundaries!! The sad part in all of this, my friends!! For sure all the people around me means a lot of all the knowledge that I have now, personal experiences, funny stories, professional growth, but even though all the things we have lived, FRIENDSHIP! Thank every one of you: You have no idea how much do you mean in my life; I LOVE YOU ALL!! Morning & night Crew!

2. 15 days to Argentina: Yes, after almost 45 of being selected I just have only 15 days more in Guatemala, I really don’t know how should I feel, I feel sad about all the things behind me here in Guatemala, AIESEC, my things, the most important thing: MY FAMILY! I am very happy at the same time, for sure, I have a lot of fears as well, I don’t know what to expect, so many feelings in this short short time. I think probably I just need some time with myself, reflect about all this, and order my life with all this happening….I hope after this reflection time, I will get some deep peace...

3. Transition with Member Committee 06-07 AIESEC Guatemala: uhhhh!! What can I said? After 4 years enjoying AIESEC Guatemala I am letting some things go from my hands, teach how to do this, how to do that is all a challenge! Is just an completely new experience (specially for the MCP position!)

The tired part is that us (Member Committee 05-06) have to create EVERYTHING!! Documents, sessions, handouts, meetings, time, etc, etc. And we have just 3 WEEKS to deliver EVERYTHING!! Until now the feedback in all this process is very nice, so, we are expecting MC 06-07 rocking AIESEC Guatemala from JULY ON!!

The COOL PART is EVERYONE is learning A LOT OF EVERY ONE ELSE, so, the great part is that we are active learners and contributing with the learning of others! You can imagine all the time 7 people getting crazy: some teaching, some learning, ALL OF US HAVING FUN!!

Here you had, my lastest news in life, stay tuned; Good bye parties, Last MC days (05-07), Formal Transition Gala, and Departure day coming soon!!

deeply yours,

gabs
